The company operates primarily through its Global Biopharmaceuticals Business (Biopharma) segment and Pfizer CentreOne contract manufacturing division. Pfizer has a robust late-stage pipeline including berobenatide, a potential first-in-class monthly GLP-1 receptor agonist for obesity, a 25-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine candidate, and sigvotatug vedotin in multiple oncology settings. Pfizer recently entered a strategic licensing and collaboration agreement with Innovent Biologics for 12 early-stage cancer medicines including antibody-drug conjugates and multi-specific antibodies.
