Hawaii

Iowa
> Re-closing schools: 40 counties have a 14-day rolling average positivity rate at or above 15%, which is the threshold that must be met before school districts can request to go to online-only learning. The governor is pushing for a requirement that all districts offer an option for 100% in-person instruction.
