About SanDisk

Sandisk Corporation (Nasdaq: SNDK) is a vertically integrated global semiconductor company that designs and manufactures NAND flash memory technologies and storage solutions.

It reports revenue across three end markets:
- **Datacenter:** enterprise SSDs powering AI infrastructure, now its fastest-growing market.
- **Edge:** memory for client devices and connected systems at the edge, currently its largest end market.
- **Consumer:** retail storage devices.

Sandisk produces flash wafers through Flash Ventures, its manufacturing joint venture arrangements with strategic partner Kioxia Corporation. It also sells under long-term customer agreements it calls New Business Models (NBMs), which include customer prepayments and deposits.

The company was separated from Western Digital Corporation as an independent public company on February 21, 2025. It is returning significant capital through share repurchases and has announced an eight-for-one forward stock split effective November 19, 2026. Updated

We have started fiscal year 2027 with another quarter of strong performance, with robust and growing demand for our products driving outpaced growth in our data center business.

The Form 4 came first: Goeckeler filed a mixed insider transaction on September 21, then 39 days later told investors data center demand was outpacing the rest of the business. Selling into a $166 billion market cap ahead of that message is the kind of sequencing worth checking before you chase the NAND story.

Data center revenue of $4.80 billion jumped 61% sequentially, the sixth straight quarter SanDisk has beaten expectations as AI storage demand reprices NAND. December quarter guidance of $12.2 billion to $12.6 billion says the ramp is not done, and an 8-for-1 split lands November 19.
