Hawaii
> Self-quarantine: 10-day quarantine is required until test results are in; test at airport may be required. Travelers arriving on Kauai must quarantine for 10 days even if they test negative, but can take another test 3 days into their stay. Some counties mandate a second test.

Illinois
> Self-quarantine: No statewide restrictions but Chicago has a color-coded system to indicate whether visitors need to obtain a negative coronavirus test or quarantine. Travelers from 49 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico fall under an “orange” advisory, meaning must either quarantine for 10 days or have a negative result from a COVID-19 test. The only “yellow” state is Hawaii, meaning visitors may enter without restriction.
