About Marvell Technology

Marvell Technology, Inc. is a data infrastructure semiconductor company that designs, develops, and sells integrated circuits and related technology for data center, enterprise networking, carrier infrastructure, consumer, and automotive/industrial markets. The company's Data Center portfolio includes solutions for cloud and on-premise AI systems, ethernet switching, network-attached storage, AI servers, general-purpose servers, storage area networks, storage systems, and data center interconnect. Its Communications and other segment serves enterprise networking (routers, switches, wireless access points, network appliances), carrier infrastructure (broadband access, optical transport, wireless RAN), consumer electronics (gateways, gaming consoles, PCs, printers), and automotive/industrial applications. Marvell divested its automotive ethernet business in August 2025. The company operates a fabless model, relying on manufacturing partners for fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging. Marvell has been experiencing rapid growth driven by AI infrastructure demand, with its Data Center end market now comprising 79% of total revenue. The company issued Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in March 2026 and trades on NASDAQ under the ticker MRVL. Updated
