METAsouring fast

Meta tops the board with 1,012 comments and the mood there is souring fast, while traders stay bearish on bitcoin, gold and long Treasuries. Tesla chatter is heating up, and leveraged Nasdaq bets are the one corner Reddit still likes.

December 3 gives shareholders a direct vote on Musk's board seat alongside Denholm and Straubel, plus 2025 executive pay, making it the next real governance test for the stock.

Tesla has officially announced that it will hold its annual shareholder meeting on December 3, 2026. There are three items up for a vote: • Re-electing Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel to the board for three-year terms. • A non-binding say-on-pay vote on 2025 executive https://t.co/v4JpVZlAb3

Bonds returned 14% over the decade, well short of the 39% rise in inflation, while Nvidia returned 13,127%. That gap explains why so many portfolios now lean hard on a handful of AI names.

Tesla bulls dominated the boards today with 981 comments, the loudest single-stock chatter on the list, while Nvidia talk is souring fast even as it draws the most upvotes. Traders are also leaning bearish on the S&P 500 tracker, a tell worth watching.

Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer 10/15/26

  • Diversification pitch: Korean memory selling in SK Hynix and Samsung is bleeding into US data center names
  • Schwab called a buy near $94, under 15x this year's earnings, after AI displacement fears knocked it from $114
  • Chevron preferred over Exxon on a swap; Home Depot held as the most rate-levered name he knows
  • Trim half of Oracle after the run; Microsoft left alone into earnings on Azure strength

Cramer is pulling money toward consumer staples, retailers and oils while the data center complex cracks, and he is framing Schwab's selloff on AI-agent worries as a repeat of the 2023 banking scare that proved a buying opportunity. For anyone concentrated in AI hardware, the Oracle half-sell is the clearest sell discipline he offered all episode.

The Roadster reveal lands today at a SpaceX site in Texas, and whether Musk actually demonstrates flight is the detail that decides how much of a stock catalyst it becomes.

Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer 10/14/26

  • Hot CPI, up 0.6% from August to September, plus rising oil leaves the next Fed move genuinely unclear
  • Bank stocks sold off on good quarters: Morgan Stanley dropped seven bucks, Citi and Wells Fargo found no footing
  • CoreWeave's slide and distressed neocloud debt are dragging on the broader tape
  • Amazon, Walmart and Costco seen as the retailers that would roll back prices if oil collapses

Cramer's point for anyone holding bank stocks: solid results are no longer being rewarded, and the charts have turned ugly regardless. The bigger swing factor is oil. If the war ends, he expects crude to be cut in half, which would reset inflation and the Fed debate overnight.
