Shanghai Trades Near 2-Year Low

The Shanghai Composite rose .7% to 2,266.53. That keeps it very near a 3-year low.

Investors are still extremely concerned about three things:

The balance sheets of Chinese banks may be much worse that the government indicates

GDP drops in many EU nations will affect demand for Chinese goods.

The China housing bubble appears to be losing air, and, may burst if the economy slows too much
