Deutsche Bank A.G. (NYSE: DB) was upgraded to Outperform from Neutral by Credit Suisse.

EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC) was reiterated Buy with a $28 price target at Sterne Agee.

Fortinet Inc. (NASDAQ: FTNT) was raised to Buy from Hold with $23 price target at Jefferies.

Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE: HPQ) was upgraded to Buy from Sell and the price target was doubled to $32 from $16 at Citigroup.

PNC Financial Services Group Inc. (NYSE: PNC) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at Sandler O’Neill.

TAL International Group Inc. (NYSE: TAL) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

Textainer Group Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: TGH) was cut to Neutral from Buy at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

ViroPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: VPHM) was upgraded to Buy from Hold with a $39 price target at Brean Capital.
