Spirit Realty Capital Inc. (NYSE: SRC) dropped about 1.5% Friday to post a new 52-week low of $10.06 after closing Thursday at $10.21. Volume of about 3.5 million shares was about 20% below the daily average of around 4.8 million. The company had no specific news.
