Novocure is a global oncology company that develops and commercializes Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), a wearable, portable device-based therapy that delivers electric fields intended to disrupt cancer cell division.

Its commercial portfolio includes three products:
- Optune Gio, for glioblastoma, used with temozolomide in newly diagnosed cases or alone in recurrent cases. It is the core revenue driver.
- Optune Lua, for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, used with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors or docetaxel after platinum-based therapy. It is also approved in some markets for pleural mesothelioma.
- Optune Pax, for locally advanced pancreatic cancer, used with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel. It is approved in the U.S. and, as of October 2026, in Japan.

Revenue comes mainly from therapy reimbursement by payers. The largest markets are the United States, Germany, France and Japan, with Greater China served through a partnership with Zai Lab.

The company runs a clinical pipeline that includes the Phase 3 KEYNOTE D58 trial in newly diagnosed glioblastoma and a pending FDA application for brain metastases from NSCLC. It also pursues pharma collaborations, such as a recent agreement with Verastem Oncology combining TTFields with a KRAS G12D inhibitor. Research and development is conducted in Haifa, Israel.
