Markets in Asia closed the day up slightly. The Hang Seng rose 1.21% to 18,256. The Nikkei 225 was higher by 2.29% to 8,477.
In Europe, the FTSE 100 was down .38% slightly after the open to 5,292. The DAX was off .51% to 5,713.
